Make the HR Conference Cruise a part of your marketing activities. The conferences tend to draw HR Professionals in leadership positions and we have many sponsorship opportunities available. Contact Us for information about the following:

 

Cocktail Hour Sponsorship ($3500)

Sponsor the cocktail hour with hot/cold canapes on night two of the Conference Sailing. We'll be holding the cocktail hour in one of the lounge's on board. Your sponsorship includes:

• Time to welcome all attendees and guests
• Half page ad in conference program
• Two minute infomercial on your organization
• Note: sponsorship does not include stateroom.

Plastic Tumbler Cup with logo - $950

Each attendee will receive a 16 oz plastic tumbler cup with your logo. The cup will be inserted into the conference bag. Your sponsorship includes:

• Your logo on the plastic tumbler cup
• Half page ad in conference program
• Note: sponsorship does not include stateroom.

Notebook and Pen Sponsorship - $850

Your logo on the conference notebook/pen package. Your sponsorship includes:

• Your logo on the notebook/pen package.
• Half page ad in conference program
• One conference registration; one registration for traveling companion
• Note: sponsorship does not include stateroom.

Conference Bag Sponsorship - $1500

Exclusive conference bag sponsorship - only one sponsor for the HR Conference bag! Your sponsorship includes:

• Your logo on the conference bags
• Half page ad in conference program
• Note: sponsorship does not include stateroom.

Printed Program Guide Sponsorship - $1500

Sponsor the printed program guide for the HR Conference Cruise. Your sponsorship includes:

• Full page advertisement on the back cover of the printed program
• Two pages of information on your company included within the printed program
• Your organization's logo on the bottom of each page of the printed program
• Note: sponsorship does not include stateroom.

Session Sponsorships - $750

Sponsor one of the workshop sessions for the HR Conference Cruise. Your sponsorship includes:

• Two minute infomercial on your organization
• Opportunity to introduce the session speaker
• Your materials accessible during the sponsored session
• Your logo on the speaker's section of the printed program guide
• Half page ad in conference program
• Note: sponsorship does not include stateroom.
