Join us for the HR LEADERSHIP BOAT CAMP - an HR Training Program presented by DCSI.
Monday, February 13, 2023 through Saturday, February 18, 2023 on the beautiful Mariner of the Seas. We're departing from Port Canaveral, FL.

The HR Leadership Boat Camp is a complete program of HR Training on topics ranging from compliance and talent management to compensation and inclusion, presented by DCSI’s certified and experienced HR Consultants and Training Facilitators.

    The Mariner of the Seas, a large fifteen deck cruise ship, will leave port from Cape Canaveral, Florida. The cruise will be five days allowing the HR professional to enjoy the getaway as well as earn recertification credits and learning from a variety of speakers - many of which are nationally-known.

    Our schedule is complete and we plan on submitting for 14.25 SHRM Professional Development (PDCs) and 14.25 recertification credits from the HR Certification Institute.

    Step 1 - Secure your reservation by making a $100 (per person) deposit for the 2023 HR LEADERSHIP BOAT CAMP by clicking HERE. Note - make sure to register any traveling companions as we need to know everyone that will be on the cruise. Companions that are not attending the workshop should register as "Traveling Companion (Not attending conference)"

    Step 2 - Select your stateroom option.  During the deposit transaction – the system will ask you for your stateroom option. We have five options from which to choose!

    Step 3 - Aspect will invoice you for the balance with payment due on or before December 1, 2022.
