Session Description:
Has ethics gone out the door after the crazy of 2020? Hopefully not as there is a growing need to understand proper business ethics in our changing workplaces. Attendees will learn about ethics in organizations. how to create meaningful ethics policies, and ways to enforce an ethics program.
Speaker Bio:
Paula is the VP of Human Resources for Schulte Building Systems in Hockley, TX. She has 34 years' experience as a Human Resources generalist. She earned her BBA in International Marketing and Operations Management from the University of Texas at Austin. She also earned her MBA with a concentration in HRM from the University of NC at Charlotte.
She is a Senior Global Certified Professional of Human Resources through SHRM and HRCI. She is an internationally recognized speaker on global and strategic business issues and teaches at Rice University. She has published articles on HR topics and co-authored three books with other HR professionals.
She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) serving on the SHRM Foundation Board and A-team.
