Megan Nail is Senior Vice President of the Total Rewards Practice at NFP, where she partners with organizations to design compensation and total rewards strategies that drive business success. A recognized expert in pay transparency, equity, and strategic compensation planning, Megan brings nearly 25 years of experience and a practitioner's perspective to helping leaders make confident, defensible pay decisions.
She works closely with clients to address complex compensation challenges - balancing market competitiveness, pay equity, transparency, and budget realities - while developing clear, effective communication strategies that promote understanding and alignment.
An active thought leader, Megan speaks at national conferences and delivers training on job evaluation, market analysis, and modern pay practices. She has also served in senior volunteer leadership roles with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), reflecting her commitment to advancing the HR profession. Megan holds a Masters from Purdue University and a Bachelors from the University of Dayton, along with CCP, CEBS, and SHRM-SCP certifications.
