AI is everywhere and is here to stay. This presentation will discuss how organizations can and should maintain a human and empathetic focus on their employees in the age of AI.
The speaker will also serve as a disc jockey by incorporating music trivia and songs into the content for a fun and engaging experience with the audience.

About the Speaker
Jason Barrett, JD, has worked for more than 20 years in corporate legal, compliance, and human resources roles in diverse industries, including maritime, energy, and oil and gas.
He has expertise in global employment and labor law, intellectual property law, employee relations, data privacy compliance, and legal administration. Jason also serves as a board or advisory board member for two nonprofit organizations and one private organization.
Jason is a frequent conference and keynote speaker on a variety of legal and human resources topics. In late 2022, he founded JAME Consulting, LLC, his own fractional legal and human resources advisory firm.
