Session Description:
Humor Me: Leadership with Connectivity shows ways humor builds trust, reduces stress, and fosters creativity, while being ‘plugged in’ means staying present, empathetic, and aware of your team’s energy. Through real-world examples, interactive reflections, and practical strategies, leaders learn how to use humor appropriately, create rituals that strengthen team culture, and lead with authenticity. The message is simple: leadership isn’t just about direction, it’s about connection, and laughter is one of the most effective strategies to inspire, energize, and unite a team.
