We'll be partnering with North Carolina State Council SHRM!

Join us from April 13-18, 2026. We'll depart from Port Canaveral, Florida, with ports of call in Labadee, Haiti, and Perfect Day at CocoCay, Bahamas. Both locations are Royal Caribbean's private destinations. Along the way we'll have a well-rounded menu of educational sessions to accomodate your time on the ship while providing networking opportunities outside of the scheduled sessions.

Royal Caribbean's Explorer of the Seas will be our cruise ship for this conference. The cruise will be five days allowing the HR professional to enjoy the getaway as well as earn recertification credits and learning from a variety of speakers - many of which are nationally-known.

 

 

 

Our Conference Schedule

We'll again be offering both the SURF and TURF schedule for the April 13-18, 2026 HR Conference Cruise.

  • On board the Explorer, the surf portion of the conference will be submitted for 10.0 SHRM Professional Development Credits and an equal number of recertification credits from HRCI.
  • An additional 5.0 recertification credits are available for the "Turf" portion of the conference which are earned by attending 4 pre-conference webinars prior to our sailing.
  • Attendees may earn up to 15.0 recertification credits for the entire conference. Our schedule is currently under construction..

    Step 1 -  BEFORE DECEMBER 15, 2025 - Secure your reservation by making a $100 (per person) deposit for the next HR Conference Cruise by clicking HERE. Note - make sure to register any traveling companions as we need to know everyone that will be on the cruise. Companions that are not attending the workshop should register as "Traveling Companion (Not attending conference)"

    Conference Registration prices are as follows:

    • $749 conference registration rate - from 6/1/2025 until 12/15/2025
    • $799 conference registration rate - from 12/16/2025 until sailing

    Step 2 - Select your stateroom option.  During the deposit transaction – the system will ask you for your stateroom option. We have five options from which to choose! Staterooms are priced per person/double occupancy (meaning two to a room with each guest paying the posted price below).

    Stateroom pricing (Per person/double occupancy):

  • Interior - $ 739 per person
  • Promenade - $ 889 per person
  • Ocean View - $949 per person
  • Ocean View with Balcony - $ 1379 per person
  • Junior Suite - $ 1649 per person

    • **Ask us about SOLO pricing for staterooms. / **Ask about discount pricing with 3 or more conference attendees from the same organization.


    Step 3 - Aspect will invoice you for the balance with payment due on or before December 15, 2025. We'll still have limited space after December 15, 2025 with stateroom pricing offered at "MARKET PRICE."
