Speaker Bio:
Jill Kopanis is an HR Leader who focuses on Shaping the World through Transformation. Challenging what HR/Leadership does and how they do it, she has transformed numerous HR and corporate programs into major cost savings and culture positives, including driving a multi-million-dollar benefit cost-savings initiative.
She is Vice President of Human Resources for Dynamic Dies, with headquarters in Toledo, Ohio; where she leads human resource initiatives for manufacturing and sales locations nationwide. Jill has been involved in the field of Human Resources for over 25 years, working with both Fortune 500 and International companies. She was nominated for the Excellence in HR Management Award, she facilitated the process which has led her company to be awarded a Top Workplace designation multiple years and was recently awarded the HR Lifetime Achievement Award.
Jill is a well-known national speaker, having spoken numerous times at SHRM annual conference where she was twice selected for the coveted Mega-Speaker designation. She has spoken at a variety of SHRM state conferences and local chapter meetings. Jill has also been a featured speaker on the annual HR Conference Cruise.
She has served in a variety of volunteer leadership roles including Past President of the Toledo SHRM chapter, SHRM State Director of HR Certification and sits on the Board of Directors for several NW Ohio organizations, where she leads the HR committees.
