Session Description:
Why do some HR leaders have more impact than others? What is the "secret sauce" of effective leadership in the dynamic HR space? What ongoing learning and development is needed to help HR professionals grow into results-oriented leadership while maintaining company values and mission-critical objectives?
In the HR space today, HR professionals have the opportunity to set the tone for effective leadership--however that opportunity is often impacted by the day-to-day requirements of HR challenges and obstacles that can impede leadership success.
This presentation will encourage participants to step out of their HR role and focus on the three "R's" of effective and strategic leadership in today's dynamic, and often turbulent, organizations.
