Speaker Bio:

Cathy Missildine, recently hired by Gartner as Director, Advisory, is a seasoned expert in strategic HR management with extensive experience in performance, productivity, organizational metrics, and workforce planning. Previously, she served as Chief Human Resource Officer for Verida and co-founded Intellectual Capital Consulting, serving major clients like IBM and Southern Company. Cathy holds an MBA from Kennesaw State University, is SHRM-SCP certified, and teaches HR certification courses. She resides in Atlanta, enjoying travel and boating.
