Jill is Vice President, Human Resources for Dynamic Dies, Inc. based in Toledo, Ohio where she leads human resource initiatives for manufacturing locations nationwide. She has been involved in the field of Human Resources for over 25 years, working with both Fortune 500 and International companies. She was nominated for the Excellence in HR Management Award and was a finalist in the national Benny Awards. Jill has served in a variety of SHRM leadership roles at the state and local level include Chapter President and State Director of Certification.

She is also the creator and founder of the HR Dept of One Network providing a key resource for HR Leaders throughout NW Ohio/SE Michigan. Even with a Masters in Organizational Development and both the SHRM-SCP and SPHR Certifications, she most enjoys the accomplishment of making Million Dollar Candy Bars famous in the world of HR.
