One of the biggest human resources challenges today is selecting the right candidates. However, before you get to the right candidates you have to establish your employer brand and recruit top candidates to your organization. If you are one of the top employers in the country, these tasks are often a bit simpler. If you are one of the thousands of mid-size to small organizations who compete against the biggest, how do you attract, recruit and then ultimately retain the top candidates? This session, Surfing the Waves of Recruiting Today will provide you with some key elements of recruiting talent in today’s economy, working with technology and developing a community of recruiting for your organization.
