HR Conference Cruise Call for Speakers

Call for Speakers Information

Thank you for your interest in becoming a speaker for an upcoming HR Cruise.

Please complete the online form using the link below. The requested information helps us to facilitate the recertification process.

All prospective speakers will receive confirmation of their information submission and status for selection as soon as possible. Preference will be given to speaker sessions that are eligible for business credit by the Human Resource Certification Institute.

Important information:

1. It is necessary that approved speakers be in the city of embarkment the night prior to the cruise departure. (We all sleep better at night knowing that our speakers have arrived safely).


2. Hotel accommodations will be provided for the night before the cruise departure. We include transportation from the airport to the hotel and transportation from the hotel to the port.


3. Promenade Stateroom (Inside/Window/double occupancy) is included for the speaker. Your stateroom covers the cost of lodging, meals, and most activities for the entire cruise. Other cruise expenses - excursions, drinks, specialty restaurants or other incidentals are not included in the fee payment.


4. We typically offer a flat fee to cover travel expenses and is meant for airfare and return travel from the port to the airport.
